10U HEAD COACH
Coach Marquis is a certified personal trainer dedicated to developing young athletes through safe, age-appropriate training. His programs focus on building strong fundamentals, strength, conditioning, and confidence while taking each athlete’s ability, experience, and development level into account.
With over a year of coaching experience, he has worked with a variety of youth athletes, helping them improve technique, discipline, and overall performance. His coaching approach ensures every session is purposeful and aligned with individual and team goals. He also holds certifications in exercise recovery, strength, and conditioning, supporting athletic development while prioritizing safety and injury prevention.

Niketa Freeman is entering her second year as a team mom and couldn’t be more excited for the season ahead.
Her first year was an incredibly rewarding learning experience, and watching the boys grow, develop, and come together as a team was truly inspiring. Building positive relationships with the players was one of the most meaningful parts of the role — whether it was offering encouragement, sharing a laugh, lending an ear, or simply being there when a child needed comfort or support.
Youth football can present its challenges, but the teamwork, dedication, and joy that come together each Saturday morning make every effort worthwhile. Seeing the boys form strong bonds, lasting friendships, and a true sense of brotherhood both on and off the field is something truly special and priceless.
As she looks forward to the upcoming season, Niketa is excited for even more growth, learning, and new opportunities as she takes on a greater responsibility. With the incredible support of this amazing team and community, she is ready and eager for what’s to come.
